Chef Uttam Karmokar
Chef Uttam has recently taken charge of the production side of Coffee2Cocktails. He has a rich experience of more than 23 years in the food & beverage sector. He has worked in India, Middles East, and the United Kingdom. His experience of over two decades includes some of the popular global hospitality brands like Radisson, Le-Meridian, Jumeriah Beach, and Hilton. He has also worked as Head Chef in restaurants in the UK including Red Hot world Buffet, Lemon Grass, and Matsya in Mayfair.
Apart from food, his interests include listening to music and spending quality time with his family.
He has experimented with the dishes and handcrafted the new menu of Coffee2Cocktails. The menu features global fusion food with a subtle twist. Some of the dishes featured in the menu are Mexican Spicy lamb stewers, Kolkata samosa chaat, Dal makhani burrito & and Roasted butternut squash salad and much more.
